\n<\/span>We are Insens<\/a>, an innovative company that develops predictive maintenance monitoring and energy optimization solutions to reduce unplanned production downtime and to support industrial partners in a more sustainable and efficient energy use.<\/span>

After several years of discussions with the world’s largest industrial sites, two clear issues were identified.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Production machines waste a lot of energy due to inadequate machine selection and inefficient points of operations.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Those machines fail unexpectedly which causes unplanned downtimes, a real nightmare for those production plants.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    That’s why we decided to create a cutting-edge technology solution from scratch to address these two issues.<\/span><\/p>\n

      You will be part of the Sales team responsible for building relationships with new clients in various industrial sectors and markets. You will work closely with our customer success team throughout the customer journey. As Insens continues to expand, you will also have room for professional development and internal growth.<\/span><\/p>\n

      More specifically, your responsibilities will be to:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Generate and develop new commercial leads.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Your main focus will be growing new business for Insens, detecting opportunities, identifying specific customer needs and translating these into the specific Insens customer approach<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Specialize in focus sectors and research market segments.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Formulate and execute sales strategies and agreements.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Formulate new deal structures and pricing.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Lead customer negotiations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Requirements<\/span>
        \n<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n
          \n
        • You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a bonus.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • 3+ years of full-time work experience in industrial environments<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Proactive and hands-on attitude, with an eagerness to learn.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Strong interest in a commercial role and working with clients.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
        • You are passionate about extending your professional network and approaching new customers by jointly creating solutions for their pain points.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Demonstrable affinity with technology and our values.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Excellent stakeholder management skills and great team player.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
